why wasn't fedena 2.3 made using RoR 3? #14

Rails 4.0 has been release and this project still uses rails 2.3.5? Are there are plans to build it on rails 4.0.0? |

I'm sorry chrislight, I haven't used fedena yet. I've just downloaded it and have been trying to fix all sorts of bugs that are coming up when installing. |

@chrislight it is unlikely that fedena would port this to Rails 3 as there are great amount of works needed to be done before the transition can be implemented. Thus, I decided to start a new fork. I've few objectives in my mind right now:

Fedena 2.3 was released in September 2012, long after RoR 3 was released.. is there a reason why it wasn't updated to support the latest RoR? also is it possible for me to build it again using RoR3?
