We have automatations set in jira helpdesk that apply pre-set labels to requests raised by customers/support enginers, these are use for reporting and dashboards as a result its quite complex to change that process.
I would be a very nice to have the ability to set the configuration on jiralert to be able to set the "labels" field to a customizable jira field allowing labels to be untouched.
