Adding plugins to grafana required restart

Hello, how can i add plugins to my Grafana? After i installed them inside pod via Grafana CLI i have to restart my Grafana but when i restart it goes back to factory settings.

Is there any way to restart Grafana but leaving its current settings and configuration?

Is there any way to do PVC for Grafana like here for Prometheus? https://github.com/prometheus-operator/kube-prometheus/blob/main/examples/prometheus-pvc.jsonnet

added NFS as a storageClass, PV and PVC and it seems to be working
