kubernetes-system-kube-proxy rule group missing from manifests/kubernetesControlPlane-prometheusRule.yaml

What happened?

Since this commit the rule group for Kube-Proxy is missing from manifests/kubernetesControlPlane-prometheusRule.yaml

I doubt this is intentional.

kube-prometheus-stack has once been created from this file, but is not updated any more, because it's now missing in upstream. It looks like somebody did manual updates to it?!

Proposal

I suggest setting kubeProxy:: true in k8s-control-plane.libsonnet (*or override the default) and recreate the rules.
