Accessing, without previous login in the platform, to an url for the annotator
view results in the annotator showing up but no content been retrieved.

This is something that I had not previously experienced.

Experienced on:
Mozilla Quantum
67.0.2 (64-bit)
Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical-1.0
