This PR adds the following fixes and new features,

  • Add System.Collections.Immutable collection interface in built-in support type.
  • [Generator] Fix a runtime error bug in the Deserialize/Serialize AOT build.
  • [Generator] Fix type checking process and improvements,
  • [Generator] Suppress RS2008 warning for DiagnosticDescriptors.
