clear cache browser

In raising this issue, I confirm the following (please check boxes):

I have made an authentication system. When i try to logout, and press back button, or try to login with other account, it always get back to the first refreshed page.
i have used cookies, and clear cookies when logging out.

what should i add to clear caches after log out ???? and thank you.
