Add new alert template variables for script log size, for # of rows and characters, respectively

There is currently a scriptLogSize template variable, which tells how many rows there are in the full script log associated with the event being handled (e.g. a failed app reload).

Add two new template variables:

• scriptLogSizeRows. This will be a synonym for the existing variable.
• scriptLogSizeCharacters. This will be a new variable showing the total number of characters in the entire script log.

The above should be available for alerts from both client-managed and Qlik Sense Cloud.
