Subject: [PATCH] BLS HAFAS: update endpoint

Two weeks ago, https://bls.hafas.de/bin/mgate.exe started returning HTTP 307
(temporary redirect) to https://bls.hafas.de/gate

I'm fairly sure that it is, in fact, permanent.
