It is time to do another run, even though it appears the number of sequences uploaded is leveling off

  • Add 10 Memphis sequences
  • Fix remaining New Zealand sequences
  • Update NCBI
  • Update EBI/ENA

GenBank is at 140K sequences and fastq uploads is increasing rapidly.
