GitHub Actions example with AWS ODIC

I would love an example on how to deploy via GitHub Actions to AWS via ODIC authentication. Currently I'm working through piecing this together from multiple doc sources.

Hey! Thanks for the feedback. We will try to prioritize this issue. Having said that I want to set expectations that there are many existing examples we are trying to maintain and support that will probably take priority over adding new examples.

If you end up getting it working and want to be a super hero feel free to commit an PR with a toy example and I will approve and merge it myself!
