Support gh-light-mode-only fragments in playground #57

Related Problem
The process of getting gh-light-mode-only/gh-dark-mode-only working is a bit of a nightmare.
Requested Feature
It would be ideal if there was a radio button for light and dark mode that automatically adds the fragments and wraps it in a link.
There should also be a note saying that for some reason we need to wrap it in a link for it to work correctly...
