Bug: Discord CDN gets blocked on certain networks

As title says. I've gotten a second hand report from an user of the PvM Encyclopedia resource that they cannot view the site due to their network blocking Discord's CDN, which subsequently breaks all emoji icons that are scattered around pretty much every article found on the site.

Not to mention, using Discord as a CDN is (In my professional opinion) an awful idea. They provide no guarantees of uptime, is riddled with malicious and potentially harmful content, and makes absolutely no guarantee of any kind for the content you've uploaded being there tomorrow.

Whats even more puzzling is the fact that img.pvme.io is also used. Why can't that mirror also host all the emoji icons? It wouldn't be too difficult to roll a solution that replaces all Discord CDN links with appropriate custom ones.

The guides are also available as Discord channels in PvM Encyclopedia. Hence why the site re-uses cdn.discord.

img.pvme.io is a result of a recent policy chance to Imgur. We haven't experienced issues before with cdn.discord. So that's why emojis are currently not hosted on img.pvme.io.

I don't moderate img.pvme.io but I asked if they can re-host the emojis there. I'll let you know of any updates.
