Why does Nexelit 3 require anabolic RNA?

These unlocks are not relevant to nexelit and yet force the requirement on anabolic RNA.

IMO they should be moved up to unlocked by Anabolic RNA.

Nexelit 3 also doesn't use hot air drill heads or biomass so IMO those requirements should be dropped and Nexelit 3 made available as soon as prod science unlocks.
