user details screen: hitting "force password change" turns off save, drops all changes

When creating a new user and filling in details, if three dots-> force password change is selected after filling in details, but before saving, the save icon greys out and if the screen is closed then user details are opened up again, all additional data like email address, full name etc have not been saved.

This is using latest stable release (2.2.6) home edition on ubuntu.

Force password change should not grey out save, or should do a save before greying out.
