delocate-wheel failed with code 1 when using cibuildwheel on mac

Thanks for creating such a great resource. I've used the examples to get wheels built for linux and have tried adding mac os to the build matrix and came across an error on github CI

Command delocate-wheel --require-archs x86_64 -w /private/var/folders/24/8k48jl6d249_n_qfxwsl6xvm0000gn/T/cibw-run-_5x9t7tu/cp38-macosx_x86_64/repaired_wheel -v /private/var/folders/24/8k48jl6d249_n_qfxwsl6xvm0000gn/T/cibw-run-_5x9t7tu/cp38-macosx_x86_64/built_wheel/openmc-0.13.4.dev0-cp38-cp38-macosx_10_9_x86_64.whl failed with code 1. None

I've tried adding extra commands to the [tool.cibuildwheel.macos] section of the pyproject.yaml

repair-wheel-command = "delocate-wheel --require-archs {delocate_archs} -w {dest_dir} -v {wheel}"

Unfortunately I've not found anything on the various github discussions or issues that works for me so I am reaching out to see if anyone here can help. Many thanks

I have a pyproject.toml and wheels.yml and am running CI on this PR. If anyone can spot an obvious mistaken on my part that would be fantastic.
