Created an application plugin for our open source tool that runs before the build command kicks in (using COMMAND event) but the build command does not pickup the changes made by the application plugin. I've saved to file to confirm that the changes are correct.
Can I refresh the configuration (pyproject) for Poetry and/or build command some how?
