Need a page where all the notifications can be seen

We are already showing all notifications for a user in the notifications drop-down. Why not have a dedicated page too for this?

This shouldn't be too much work (hopefully), because the code is already there for the notification popup. We just need to add that same code to a php page.

This way, anyone who cannot open the notifications box, can open the dedicated php page.
