Any way to not detect greyscale images as similar to the originals?

Hi, first thanks a ton for making this tool. It's brilliant.

My use case is that I'd like to be able to exclude greyscale versions of images from being detected as similar to the colour originals when using the Similar Images functionality.

I've tried every combination of the Resize Algorithm and Hash Type on a test set of images, but they're being detected as similar with all combinations. I've tried different Similarity settings, but this doesn't seem to specifically exclude greyscale differences.

Is there any combination of settings I can use to achieve this?
