Is there an example to show how to use kinetx to do some tests: 1.Uncertainty Propagation. 2. Network Reduction, 3.Sensitivity Analysis. I can't find the examples to do some tests about the paper :Mechanism Deduction from Noisy Chemical Reaction Networks". Thanks a lot.

Please note that this repo contains KiNetX 2.0.0 and later versions. The software described in the paper you mention is KiNetX 1.0.0.

KiNetX 2.0.0 is a complete rewrite of the software which doesn't have all the feature of its predecessor.

To download KiNetX 1.0.0, got to https://zenodo.org/records/6471956. There are also no specific examples provided in this package, but together with the paper, the code should be pretty straightforward to understand.
