If avconv/avprobe are not installed, any found file will be treated as needing transcode

The UI should surface some kind of error message if avprobe is not present on the system. It fails thru to thinking the file needs a transcode, and just stays like that forever.

I assume that once installed, it'll then attempt to transcode them all, leading to unnnecessary transcodes
