Default Initialized rust-toolchain Version for Test

こんにちは、いつもツールを使わせていただいており、お世話になっております。

cargo compete init atcoderとしたとき、デフォルトの設定として

...
[test]
# Toolchain for the test. (optional)
toolchain = "1.42.0"
...

となるので上記における初期化したときのデフォルトの設定を現在のatcoderにおけるRustバージョンである1.70に初期設定を変えられないでしょうか

so can we change the default to 1.70, which is the current Rust version in atcoder?
