We need to create a pulser class for the DPG11 data generator used in the ZnO room. We want to use this for odmr, as well as other pulsed measurement schemes eventually. Since the DPG11 is a bit weird in operation, I will provide an example notebook outlining how to use it as a pulser.

…rking with the dpg11 and an example for running the dpg11 code. I will update this in the future to include pulsed odmr, and also to go into more depth about using the dpg11, and how it may differ from the other pulsers.
