Two-qubit-RB code with baking.

Algo definition:
Should enable generator gates from different lengths.
A 2 qubit gate can involve more than a single element.
Minimal pulse length of 16ns. The maximal number of Cliffords should be of the order of 700cliffords (for 30ns gates)

As a quantum control application it will have:
A QUA code that was tested on a client's HW.
Tests for compatibility with future versions.
Benchmarking and limitations.
Python post-processing code tested on a client's HW.
