Automatic detection of new upstream releases #112

Description

@basak-qcom

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

FastRPC 1.0.3 got released, but I didn't know.

Describe the solution you'd like

It'd be nice if a GitHub Action could detect this (eg. daily) and set off the Action that would create a PR to update to the latest upstream version ready for testing and review.

Additional context

Right now is a good time to test this behaviour, since we're up to 1.0.2, and 1.0.3 is available. uscan --dehs provides some parseable output that could be used to make the decision as to whether a new version is available and what version it is.
