Add Spring Boot 4 comparison

Spring boot 4 came out last week. We need to add a comparison.

I think we add another project, similar to springboot3, for this. There will most likely be changes needed to the app to make it work, plus it would be nice to be able to compare quarkus3 <-> SB3, quarkus3 <-> SB4, SB3 <-> SB4.

It will be excellenet to start measuring Spring 4.

Do you think we'll want plots that include both Spring 3 and 4?

If we have performance runs that include both (which is a slightly different question), we will need to update this part of the config schema to tolerate Spring 3 and 4 versions co-existing:

Yes we will. Why don't I prep for that now while I'm in there. We'll have to fix that and in the perf lab. I can fix it in the json right now if you'd like.

I can get jvm & jvm-aot to work for spring boot 4, but I'm having issues with native. See spring-projects/spring-boot#48365 & oracle/graalvm-reachability-metadata#830
