Request: Add additional deployment tools to docks

People wished for these additional deployment methods:

• Ubuntu Server + Nginx
• Docker
• Docker + Heroku
• Netlify

I'll work on them as soon as I have time left.

Should we also mention the gitlab CI approach? I am only asking, because at the moment I am writing up the documentation for the test mode that we will be releasing soon as an official part of Quasar. One of the things that users will be able to do is integration testing and e2e running with cypress. As CI is a type of deployment, it would be nice to have it in your bucket list too...
