Extending Globals on new app-vite-2.0

Hi,

I'm migrating my project (Options API) to the new app-vite-2.
How do I extend the globals considering that now shims-vue.d.ts file is autogenerated by Quasar? Not even the this.$q is recognized by the IDE.
