Port to CAF::Path #211
Description
As discussed in #210, CCM currently does not make use of CAF::Path and just calls the regular Perl implementations of chmod, chown, mkdir and symlink etc.
Among other things, this means that these actions are not mocked during testing and litter the target/ directory with files, which is likely the cause of #103.
