Is this actually needed? I'd just assumed previously that if it were more than one line, the URL parsing would fail anyway. |

I tested it, and yes, even before #17 it was needed. That surprised me too. |

@shikokuchuo, after #39 I realized we needed an explicit check that a file has exactly 1 line. Rolling this in as part of #17.
