Add an option to use 3D-faithful layouts like RNAscape or RNAview when 3D is available #166

When 3D structure is available, it would be useful to generate layouts reflecting 3D architectures.

For example, for 2GIS RNAview generates the following layout:

For comparison, R2DT generates the following diagram (PDBe):
