Models missing in R2DT v1.3 cms

We've been doing a rescan of all sequences in RNAcentral using the latest R2DT, during which it became apparent that we have entries for models that no longer appear in the cms used with R2DT v1.3.

In total, there are ~280 models we knew about but which are now missing. The majority come from CRW, but there are some Rfam models as well.

We've copied the data into this sheet:

Which is hopefully accessible - if not, let me know.

These have been collected in our database since we started using R2DT, so will originate from every version.

Would it be possible to check that these models are legitimately missing? Thanks!

Thanks Andrew! I see that there are indeed ~100 CRW models that are not in the template library and I am not sure why. I will investigate and get back to you.
