The next generation of rabbitmqadmin has arrived

On behalf of Team RabbitMQ I am happy to announce that the next generation of rabbitmqadmin has
matured enough to recommend it over the original script.

See the documentation guide to learn more and rabbitmq/rabbitmqadmin-ng to download
this new version.

The original rabbitmqadmin v1 will continue to ship with the RabbitMQ management plugin for the time being but it will get no meaningful updates, for example, no support for the new endpoints
in the HTTP API.

Please give this new version a shot and let us know what you think in the new shiny standalone repository for this tool, rabbitmq/rabbitmqadmin-ng.
