Repositories don't work in ubuntu 24.04

Describe the bug

Following the documentation from the rabbits website, upon performing apt update, it fails

You must have an error in your environment or in how you ran the setup script provided here in the "Ubuntu 24.04" tab.

I just ran that script in a fresh docker container - everything installed correctly.

Think about the constant stream of issue reports Team RabbitMQ would get if there were an error in the installation on one of the most popular Linux distros out there 🤔

If this was the case, we would be flooded with complaints.

According to the deb*.rabbitmq.com logs, there is a successful Ubuntu Noble request roughly every five seconds on average.

Not just apt metadata requests, .deb file downloads as well.

The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 6B73A36E6026DFCA

is the line you need to investigate. apt complains about a public key not being available on your host.

Another common reason for installation failures is attempts to use the repo on an aarch64 host. The repositories only provide x86-64 Erlang packages, and RabbitMQ packages are architecture-neutral.
