"<APIError(code=403, body='{\"forbidden\": {\"message\": \"Quota exceeded for instances, ram: Requested 1, 512, but already used 84, 43520 of 10, 16384 instances, ram\", \"code\": 403}}'"

This needs to be parsed and updated in error reasons.
