Proposed Enhancements:

✨ Add friendly GIFs or illustrations in sections like Welcome, Respect, and Inclusivity.

🎨 Use badges/icons (e.g., ✅ Respect, 🚫 No Harassment, 🌍 Inclusivity).

😀 Incorporate emojis throughout the document to highlight key points and make it more approachable.

📌 Improve formatting with headings, highlights, and spacing for better readability.

Benefits:
