Hi, thank you for this awesome tool. I have a question regarding combine mutational signature from different resources.

I have a set of sample that I want to run mutational signature deconstruction, The mutational signature include the established one, eg. the COSMIC SBS signature. I also have a few signature that didn't show strong cosine similarity with any of these COSMIC signatures. Can I simply combine the COMSIC signtures with these new signatures as the reference signature matrix to feed in to deconstructSigs?
