Switch the reset date type in guild_settings to a timestamp.
Still only allow you set a date, since timezones from user side are a pain
Allow to set now as a timestamp additionally to allow immediate reset.

Theoretically no refresh of any view should be required. Only changing the table type should be enough and adding the subcommand.
