Timeout when adding multiple lines in succession

Describe the bug
On android, whenever I add two bookmarks in succession, the second one times out. I have to try again for the error to clear. It seems there's a very short rate limit. It does happen on desktop using chrome extension though.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add first bookmark. Works fine.
2. Add second bookmark. After a few seconds, it fails.
3. Try to add second bookmark again until it works (sometimes it fails more than one time before it clears up.

Expected behavior
Add bookmarks should work always.

Unfortunately I just tried to share multiple videos from YouTube to raindrop in succession. First one went fast. Second one timedout. I have to kill raindrop and try again.
