Description
Hello, when I search apps, I noticed that many results show timestamps like "updated just now / X hours ago / X days ago" etc. However when I checked the actual repo in github, the last update time (including the latest commit across all branches and the most recent release) is often much earlier and does not match the displayed time in the search results.
For example, "Simple-Notes" is shown as updated 6 hours ago while the last commit in the repo was 2 years ago.

So I'm confused about what the update times in search results are based on. This is more of a question, as I am not familiar with what other elements within a repo might be considered updates.
