Fintuning X-REM on custom dataset

I am working on an Automatic Radiological Report Generation project in which I would like to finetune your X-REM model on a custom X-Ray dataset. My question is, when I attempt to finetune your model on a custom dataset (other than MIMIC-CXR), do I have to change any particular chunk of your code to accommodate the new dataset? Or do I only need to change the files the model gets trained on?

Would it be possible for you to add a section of README.md that provides guidance on how to finetune your model on custom datasets?
