Rotating a camera in 2d

Is there a way to apply a rotation to a 2d camera, or do i need to code this myself?

The Camera2D currently only rotates as part of a tween.
But I can add support so that rotating the PCam2D will also rotate the Camera2D, if that's what you're after?
