• Implement Controller input (SIO2/PAD).
• Implement Memory Card I/O (mc0:).

Is there a specific reason for the missing implementation of

in ps2_syscalls.cpp? There are also some other I/O function that miss Win handling. I was working on mc0: and noticed that tests work fine on Linux Ubuntu, but fail on the CI that uses Windows

The current state of the runtime is just a scribble.

Now that analyzer and recompiler are mature I will make a agressive changes on runtime, including this architecture.
