Getting yf.download() to work like it did in v0.2.41

After some amount of time, I was able to figure out I needed:
df = yf.download(symbol, start, end, auto_adjust=False, multi_level_index=False, progress=False)

Specifically, you need to add auto_adjust=False to get the Adj Close and not adjust with the other price fields, and multi_level_index=False to make Dataframe easier. I really feel like the defaults should be to preserve backward compatibility.

download(auto_adjust=True) done to match Ticker.history(), and Yahoo website.

Default multilevel index is because download is designed for multiple symbols. If you always only have one symbol, use Ticker.history

Thanks, that makes complete sense. I wonder how I could have figured out why it wasn't working sooner? The documentation was up to date, so that helped. Unless I missed something, the Release Notes didn't make plain that the defaults were changed. I'll look into changing to Ticker.history next time I update my project. Thanks!!
