Turtles chart installation logs not informative

Install turtles v0.11.0 on Rancher v2.9.0 Via Rancher Dashboard

Installation logs should be verbose as before

I'm not sure what changed that made the logs stop showing up, but they can be still seen with just adding --debug flag
I don't see anything change between 0.10 & 0.11 here that would have caused the logs to stop showing so it's probably on the rancher or helm side
