New users access is disabled. Only users who’ve accessed before they can continue access the datasets.

Looking through the process it looks like registering for a trial may get you access.
Following through the redirect appears to be https://www.rapid7.com/trial/insight/
From experience Rapid7 doesn't like gmail/hotmail/free/etc addresses but if you have a domain, you should be fine.
