RP2350 datasheet: error in the section 11.2.7 IRQ Flags

Description

The paragraph 11.2.7. IRQ Flags states:

IRQ flags are state bits which can be set or cleared by state machines or the system. There are 8 in total: all 8 are visible.
to all state machines, and the lower 4 can also be masked into one of PIO’s interrupt request lines, via the IRQ0_INTE and
IRQ1_INTE control registers.

Which is wrong, since in RP2350 device, IRQ0_INTE contain fields for all 8 not 4

Additionally, the section 11.1.1. Changes from RP2040 also indicates that

IRQ0_INTE and IRQ1_INTE now expose all eight SM IRQ flags to system-level interrupts (not just the lower four).

Summary

Please change that section to correctly describe RP2350 capabilities.

This is similar to #448 , but actually slightly different (#448 was referring to section 11.2.8, this issue is referring to section 11.2.7).
I've just checked, and our internal text still (incorrectly) says "and the lower 4 can also be masked".

I don't like duplicates myself, so when I saw that linked issue, I tried to quickly close it to avoid confusion.
