Nest should allow installing user-provided NPFs given their path, using the nest install subcommand.

  • The proposed syntax is: nest install path/to/file.nest
  • nest should be able to distinguish between requirements and files automatically
  • The given paths must denote an NPF file, and thus have the .nest extension
