The website doesn't use the keywords and description metadatas.
It's useful to help google rank us correctly.
We should fill them!

Keywords metadatas are useless nowadays. Google does not use them for SEO

They may still be in used for other search engines, no?
Anyway, it costs nothing to fill them, so why not?
