Major API changes in applaudio and AudioLibSwitcher

I'm currently doing major changes to these APIs, hence the broken locked builds right now. Most recent revisions should in most cases still work though, just a lot of unnecessary work constantly bumping stable dependency revisions, so waiting with these until mostly finished.
